About Barkle - Barkle is an Australian-owned online pet accessories store. We sell smart gear, enrichment toys, beds, collars and accessories for cats and dogs. We do not sell food or pharmaceutical products.

Orders - Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email after purchase and a tracking notification once dispatched. If you don't receive these, check your spam folder or contact us at barkleau@gmail.com

Pricing - All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Shipping - We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Australian orders: 3–7 business days. International orders: 10–25 business days depending on location. 

Returns - We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging (change of mind). Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Return - shipping for change of mind returns is the customer's responsibility. We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrectly sent items.

Refunds - Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Privacy - We collect only the information needed to process your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your privacy matters to us — full stop.

When you shop with Barkle, we collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order (things like your name, address and email).
 
We don't sell your data, we don't share it with third parties for marketing purposes, and we don't do anything creepy with it.

Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and other trusted third-party providers. We never store your full card details, that's handled entirely by the payment processor.

Your email address may be used to send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and occasionally a special offer if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe any time, no hard feelings (from us, anyway. Our dog might sulk a little).

Third-party services we use (like shipping carriers and payment processors) have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
