Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the product and your location:

Return & Exchange Policy
Not in love with your order? Here's how it works:
Damaged or faulty items:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at barkleau@gmail.com with your order number and a photo.
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
Change of mind:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost.
Refunds:
Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once we receive the return.
